It all started in 2008 when we began our journey with Sumou Holding Company, initially known as Sumou Real Estate, and subsequently evolving into Adeer Real Estate in Saudi Arabia inspired by founder Dr. Ayedh Al Qahtani and directed & executed by Mr. Meteb Hamed Al Saad CEO, Adeer Real Estate thrived. His strategic success reshaped the Saudi real estate and investment sectors, paving the way for our continued accomplishments.
Over time, Adeer Real Estate seamlessly transitioned into Adeer Holding, giving rise to Adeer International, with a global presence in the United Kingdom, Egypt, Turkey, Malaysia and Indonesia. Serving as the quintessential conduit for Sumou Holding & Adeer Holdings’ ventures and investments beyond Saudi Arabia, Adeer International adeptly fulfilled its mandate. In 2021, the UK real estate portfolio alone was valued at £500 million British Pounds, a testament to its capability and acumen among our network of investors.
